If a loan is listed under a business name, should I be reporting "not applicable" for the ethnicity and applicants race?

Yes. Watch for natural person co-applicants/co-borrowers to be reported, too.

To add to tater's comment, the mistake I see on occasion is the lender also using N/A for the co-borrower, when there isn't one.....should use the codes for "no co-borrower."
