One of our directors wishes to purchase a participation with the bank. Are there any Reg O requirements that have to be made prior to selling the loan to the director? Thanks.

Purchase with the bank or from the bank? Why are they doing this? It is most likely not a Regulation O issue, but it might be considered self-dealing unless you normally do this with individuals.
