Are Indian Tribe accounts considered Public Funds accounts? If so, can anyone point me to the legal reference, please?

I doubt the local agency funds law applies since tribes are sovereign nations, not a public entity.

53630. As used in this article:
(a) "Local agency" means county, city, city and county, including
a chartered city or county, a community college district, or other
public agency or corporation in this state.
