I am evaluating our process for scrubbing/reporting CRA data in order to gain some efficiencies. Does anyone out there use QuestSoft?

We already have QuestSoft, but our process for getting the data from the Loan Department is not efficient. Do you have any clients that use Laser Pro to originate loan docs and IBS for core processing? I would love to talk with them.

Bump.....any Quest Soft/Laser Pro users out there?

I used QuestSoft with LaserPro. Integration was fairly decent. Most issues (missing or erroneous data) arose from improper input by loan staff.

Does anyone use QuestSoft CRA Relief with Jack Henry?

We use Questsoft for CRA, LaserPro for docs and Fiserv for our core. I actually just pull a report from our core system each month, scrub the data, then input it into Questsoft's excel import template and let them geocode and run the edit checks. It may not be practical for larger banks, but for our volume, it works just fine.
