Is everyone using separate flood notices for their consumer flood processes and their commercial flood processes? The old(existing) notice addresses everything for a commercial transaction with no change. The new models include language for possible exemption of coverage on other structures in addition to the new escrow language, which does not apply on our commercial transactions. So, is everyone maintaining two different notices for their consumer and commercial?

I am curious. When we order our flood notices they are either ordered as Mortgage or as Commercial. I am not sure if we get two different forms.
