BFrame Gold Star Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 402 USA	Have you been evaluated in the time you've been with the bank? At my FI, our year-end evaluations determine the raise percentage. A non-satisfactory evaluation results in no raise. My gut tells me that if you don't have an employee handbook or someone in charge of Human Resources, expecting an evaluation is probably a crazy idea... _________________________ ~
