Do you have any repairs that could possibly need to be done? If so, best start working on them! Steps without railings, or too big of a drop from an external door to the ground seemed to come up a lot with UW when I dealt with loans directly. Radon and stuff like that of course, if applicable in your area.

Peeling/chipping paint;
open electrical/junction boxes;
broken/cracked windows;
If you have private well and septic, there are specific distances between well, septic tank and leach field that need to be met.

I will never understand someone who gets into an elevator going down, and the elevator already has people in it, and the ground floor button is lit - why do people feel they need to push that button again?

Do you not trust that everyone else on the elevator has pushed the ground floor button already? Do you think we all just hopped on for a joy ride? You decide you can't trust the already lit button that the elevator is, indeed, going to stop at the bottom floor? And especially when you have to push me back a little bit to make SURE you PUSH THAT BUTTON, do not be surprised when I give you that "You IDIOT" look.

Really.
