The last time we had the "questionnaire", with all the Y/N responses required regarding our practices, etc. was with a questionnaire dated 2011.They did not ask for it in 2013. If you have been examined since then, what is the date of your questionnaire? Are they still using it?

I was just examined in August and they did not ask for it at all.

Any insight on what their focus was? We are expecting them in November and have not received anything except for a contact verification.

Fair lending was the biggest focus. They requested a lot of additional information using our HMDA LAR data.
