We received an appraisal on farm land that includes several parcels; some in and some not in a flood zone. The appraiser indicates that there are seven buildings - 2 inhabited, 2 uninhabited, a shop, and sheds. However, the appraisal does not indicate where these structures are located. We used Google Earth to identify the locations of all the structures and NONE are in a flood zone. Is this permissible to evidence that we do not need flood insurance or should we require the appraiser to provide us with the locations of the buildings?
