I have a question concerning online accounts and auto-declines.

We had a customer apply online for a DDA. The customer applied for the same product 3 times in a 1 hour period. Each time ChexSystems auto-declined the application.

It is our procedure that these auto-declined requests are reviewed by an employee and then if the employee agrees with the decline they send out an FCRA AAN.

One notice was sent to the customer. However, shouldn't 3 have been sent? One for each auto-decline?

The customer did actually apply 3 times for some reason.

Just wanting to make sure I am thinking about this correctly.
