2 pages for the policy plus a 21 page risk analysis - each area has its own page listing risk factors and notes from prior exams and audits, plus a cover page that lists risk ratings for each area showing changes in risk for each area over time

We actually have charters for the Internal Audit, Audit Committee and Compliance Department. Each of the charters are approximately two pages in length.

I also have a very detailed "Audit Policies and Procedures" that covers the audits. This document is approximately 30 pages.
