One of our Secondary Market investors is making it mandatory that we list at least one title agency on the list. We currently are not letting customers shop for Title Services on our in house loans. How are others handling this issue of title services on this list?

How you handle your providers list for your in house loans is your prerogative, how you handle them for investor loans is theirs. I would say most of us are providing a list with at least one service provider for the services that will be required for that transaction.
