We have experienced many problems with BSA E-Filing, and it always seems to boil down to some setting that isn't compatible. Could be a browser setting, or an Adobe setting. It has plagued us for months...our IT has been a little stumped. The trouble is you can change a setting on your PC, but once your PC adheres to group policy for the company, that setting might revert back.
Just my experience, but with this particular issue, it was an Adobe setting for me. Good luck. And if you check your transmission status, you'll see that even though you hit Submit, it didn't submit.
