I think we had some confusion over this earlier but in this section of the loan estimate, this needs to be completed even if we do not escrow correct? In the "In Escrow" column, it will just say NO, correct?

Ok, I'm reading a CFPB document and am more confused. What is meant as "Homeowners Insurance"?
