how do you show escrows for repairs on the LE and CD when lender holds them and when title company holds them.

We would not show them in the LE at all, as we would not know about the need for the Escrow until after the disclosures were issued.

That makes sense for the LE but I'd also be interested in hearing opinions on what to do with the CD. I think in the end it comes down to what's your best guess and might warrant some direction from the CFPB to feel "comfortable" with wherever you do end up putting it.
