Does anyone have a checklist that can be used as a tool for tellers and customers to help prevent cashing a bad check?

I have had them at previous banks, but we don't have one here.

Seems to me there was a site that had them like FakeCheck.org and maybe the FTC, but I can't find it on there now.

I have given all of our tellers the FBI Fraud Alert Flyer that asks various questions regarding how the person received the check. It makes a great jumping off point when the tellers can't think of the right questions to ask.
