The Federal regulators now permit "savings promotion raffles" (as distinct from lotteries) as a result of the American Savings Promotion Act signed last year.

Anyone have any idea whether they are also legal in Florida? I could not find anything in the FL Statutes addressing these promotions one way or the other. Thanks!

Thanks for the tip--I really appreciate it. I requested a formal interpretation from FL OFR, but we will see. I'll be sure to report back here if/when I get an answer.
