I'm not seeing a lot on this topic and as a QA/QC Manager a little concerned about the impact of this new requirement that goes into effect September 14, 2015. Is your company prepared for this change? How are you reverifying assets if you have bank statements in the file?

I'm also wondering what process you are following to verify employees are registered with the NMLS? Are you going to the consumer website, entering info and using that printout as evidence?

Yes, that's how I verify for audit. I use the consumer look-up site and document that they are out there and employed by us.
