I have a potential customer that we pulled a ChexSystems inquiry on, the response came back with Account Action: Decline and a low QualiFile score. However, no derogatory information was reported by financial institutions or anything else that gives a reason as to why it was a low score. Except there is one code that we are not familiar with: "AO: Non-DDA Inquiry or Retail Item History". Does anyone know what this particular code means and is there a link somewhere that can give me full explanations on all of the codes?
