I thought it was a bit "convenient" that Fantasy Sports leagues were explicitly exempt from UIGEA/Reg. GG. Guess the folks drafting the bill were avid sports fans? I kept thinking to myself over the recent ramp-up of advertising by the two big Fantasy Football companies that they were just begging for oversight.
