Have any non-bank lenders run into an issue with DC audit where they are requiring each page of a mortgage loan application to be signed and dated?

The Fannie Mae form 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application does not currently provide signature and date lines on all pages.

How are you handing this requirement?
