Anytime you become aware of a change of location for your manufactured home collateral, you are obligated to perform a new flood determination and if now located in a SFHA, contact the borrower to notify them of that fact. You also need to get them to sign a Flood Notice and let them know what amount of flood insurance you will require them to have in place. You can also let them know that if they do not provide you with the proper confirmation of flood insurance in the correct amount within 45 days of this notification, you will force-place it and add the premium to their note.
