Is anyone allowing the CD to be hand delivered? If so, what are you using to document delivery?

We are documenting our file with documentation (usually an e-mail) from the person (LO) who delivered the CD with when and how it was delivered. Same way we are documenting when we mail or e-mail it.

We have an delivery acknowledgement signed and dated by the borrowers to document when they received the CD. I just don't trust my lenders enough to simply accept their word.
