We've registered all of our loan officers for the SAFE Act, except for our President. He does very few loans during the course of a year. Well, I looked at his loans for the past year for our SAFE Act audit, and he did do one residential loan. So, on this loan, would the only NMLS info that is disclosed be the Bank's number/name? The Loan Officer name/number on the DOT, etc. is just left blank? Thank you for your help!

If the person responsible for the loan is not an MLO by definition and does not need to be registered, then there is no number to use.

The requirement is that IF the institution and/or individual has been assigned an NMLS "unique identifier," it goes on the form.
