Is there a maximum amount of time between tbd application and obtaining a property? Borrower did a pre-qualification in June and now in December has found the addres. Is it best to start over or can we use same app/loan #?

Same app/loan number as what? You didn't give out a Loan Estimate (or GFE) with the prequal did you? Seems like you'd just document the date that the address was communicated to you as your TRID application date and start from there.
