Ok, in the past we put estimated construction interest on the GFE.. will they go under section B now?

I seem to remember that if the borrower doesn't actually pay this but the funds are withdrawn monthly from the cost to construct at the borrowers request.. we treated them differently...however, can't find the reg. cite. Am I dreaming?
