Is a wet signature required for a W-9? Also how is anyone that is opening accounts online handling the signature card?

It may be an issue with state law as to what documents require an original signature, but in the state of Mississippi the Signature Card, Night Depository agreement and Safe Deposit Box agreement is the only documents that require a Wet signature. Our state legislature has not kept up with electronic technology yet. We get all other documents esigned.
