Base salary (exempt salaried) approx $55K plus $10-12K bonus w/incentive, ESOP, and 401K 50% match. 4 weeks vacation (need to work on that one) 10 days personal/sick days.
Employer pays: 100% paid life & disability, and 75% paid medical/dental for employee, 50% for employee's dependents(no vision)
