I've been reading a lot on this topic lately. I appreciate all the great information and opinions given but I haven't been able to find a State Statute or ruling that applies to Florida. Tried google but nothing is working.Does anyone have the State of Florida rules for privately owned ATMs?

Nothing that I can find. The few rules for ATMs are found in Chapter 655.
