Does anyone allow business customers to use mobile deposit, or do you limit to consumers? I woukld think remote deposit capture would be used for businesses, but I am trying to clarify. Is mobile deposit a consumer service only?

Mobile banking and mobile deposit for consumers. We have retail online banking and remote deposit capture for businesses.

We have RDC for businesses (corporations) but we have Mobile Banking for consumers and small business.

by mobile deposit do you mean take a photo of the check? versus RDC where it is read through a machine and converted to a file?

We use RDC for larger commercial customers. We use MDC for consumers and small businesses.

We have RDC for commercial customers. We also have a mobile RDC for consumers (free) and business customers (small fee per check). We do 100% review of items coming through mRDC and thus far (1 year+) it has been a success.
