Just a reminder - and I e-mailed the lenders and processors yesterday - time change is March 13, 2016. For those of you who's time does change don't forget to change the LE to reflect the correct zone. We're going from CST to CDT. Isn't this fun?

What are the ramifications if it is not changed on the LE? We have at least one that has gone out with the rate lock expiration date after the 13th using CST. Would the LE have to be reissued and if not, would it be a violation?

Honestly, this is such a minor offense, I really can't see an examiner making a huge big deal over it. Is it a technical violation? Yes...would I lose sleep over it? No.
