How do you post anonymously? I have seen it done but can't figure out how.

Can only post anonymously in the Need to Remain Anonymous thread. You need to log out first, then post.
Good luck getting logged back in, since the "Upgrade" I can't get logged back in the normal way. Have to request a temporary password to get logged back in.
Have sent multiple emails to BOL for help, but get no response. Oh well, ...

If you don't want to log out and you use Internet Explorer, under Tools select InPrivate Browsing. It should open a separate browser window that will have you logged out of BOL so that you should be able to go to the Need to Remain Anonymous forum and post anonymously (when you open a new topic, it should show the username as Anonymous). If you close that window and open a new window, you should still be logged in.

DD, I have the same issue. But they wouldn't issue me a temp password or allow me to register for the private forums because they said I had another user name. Funny, I have used the same username for years....
Every time my computer updates it logs me out and I have a heckuva time getting signed back in.

Every time my computer updates it logs me out and I have a heckuva time getting signed back in. Yeap, Happened again today. Logged me out, so I requested temp login in. Go through the reset process and it tells me "there is already a user registered to this email", leave the screen and I am logged back in.  great upgrade.

I still have to go to the anonymous forum, enter something like I'm gonna post...hit to submit it...it takes me to a sign in screen and I use my user name/password and it logs me in.
They were supposed to contact me to get this issue straightened out...but they never did.
Oh well...whatever works, works for me.

You log out of the forums, and you will be able to post only in the Needs to Remain Anonymous forum. Be sure to log back in when you are done.

I would like to change my avatar, but it won't let me. Tell me about it! I get logged out every night. The method I've been using to login is to go through the steps of sending someone a PM. It directs me to the logon page and from there I can get on.
