We have received a request on a customer from the TDFPS. Should we handle this like we would handle freezes, levies etc? Would we need to allow our legal department to decide if we need more than just a request from them to do this. I have never received one from them before and not sure of how to handle it.

We receive them regularly and they our processed by our subpoena research team.

We receive them like SARempress and let our BSA folks know so they can also look for signs of financial exploitation of the elderly, depending on the request. But, we get more of these in regards to elder abuse than child abuse.
