Does anyone know if we can deny access to a safe deposit box if the customer hasn't paid the annual rental fee and how many days past due can we enforce this?

I would check to see what your lease says regarding allowing access to the safe deposit box and the conditions under which you can restrict access. The lease we use gives us the ability to restrict access based on a number of reasons.
