I was interested in knowing just how many of you on BOL are now using ITM? We are looking at doing this, but I don't know a lot about it and if the risk for it would be any greater than using the ATM.

Any feed back would be appreciated.

We have 3 currently in place- so far so good!

As far as risk, I think its lower than the ATM. The ITM is a real person in another location interacting with a customer.

We too use them, we currently have 4. I agree, low risk. Ours are ITM's during the day and ATM's after hours. We've had them about 9 months and haven't had any real issues other than getting our customers comfortable with them and willing to use them. They have allowed us to extend our hours and reduce some staffing.

The biggest issue I've had so far is fitting exception hold notice language onto a teeny tiny receipt.

Sorry - I haven't been around in a while. I just realized I bumped up a two week old thread. I'm guessing most people don't have several pages of unread posts in each forum.
