Note was advanced to pay final bills for improvements. Its a three month single payment note. The plan is to take the note and combine it with the business note on the improved property and term out payments.
I am thinking that since this note will be replaced by a longer termed out permanent financing situation, it qualifies for a temporary note and thus, not HMDA reportable. AMIRIGHT?

If you are going to replace a short term loan with permanent financing I would agree.
