Well they did ask for our comments, so really wasn't complaining just offering suggestions. Fewer "romanette's" and more illustrations shouldn't be too much to ask for.

I did not feel comfortable filling out the survey, so I "Googled" Outlook Live and found an email address direct to To: SF BSR FedAudioConference Subject: Outlook Live Inquiry. I then sent a very direct personal assessment. I have no pre-conceived notion that anything will actually happen because I "Complained", rather I thought maybe my 37 years practicing compliance might actually count for something and give me a certain right to have my opinion heard. I left the responders contact information below for anyone else who might want to be brave enough to do the same.

We have certainly tried to strike a balance in what messages are presented especially given the broad audience that the Outlook Live webinar series serves.

That said, your feedback will be shared for consideration as we plan and facilitate future webinar events.

Well they held our CPE continuing ed credits hostage, requiring the survey to be completed, so it couldn't have truly been anonymous....

Question... would we need to be listing out the MLO's commission as well on the CD?
