As cybersecurity is just a huge focus and concern, does anyone add any additional language on their account agreement or retail/business online banking agreement to cover bank from liability if customers have a breech on their end? Can we limit our liability if we have a breach on our end?

Any information will be appreciated!

Many thanks in advance!

You need to be visiting with legal counsel on this as it will be a contractual issue and whether such contractual language will stand up in your local jurisdiction.

Thank you very much for your feedback!! By any chance, do you know any legal counsel can review these for banks? My thought is cyber security is IT related, do we need legal counsel with IT expertise?
Many thanks again!

You might try posting this in your State's forum since we can't tell where you are located.
