If a loan is secured by buildings located on adjacent properties (not on same parcel), are separate determinations required?
The old Mandatory Purchase Guide use to say:
A separate SFHDF is required on loans on adjacent properties. However, if a single property contains multiple buildings, a listing of buildings on the parcel can be attached to the SFHDF.
I can't find any recent information on this.
