Does anyone have and Audit program for a Marketing Department Audit, or a Marketing Department Risk Assessment they'd be willing to share?

We do not perform a Marketing Department Audit, we perform an Advertising Audit for compliance purposes.

~What GLs do they use and are those reconciled and reviewed?
~Approval process for expenses; test some invoices
~Test some to make sure we paid for ad and it was there
~ Budget versus actual and who is looking at this
~Contracts with outside parties
~Anything prepaid
~Where is any ad work, art, etc and who has access?
~Who has access to the logo
~Promotional items: Again, who orders, who pays, who has access
~Is the marketing committee meeting? Minutes etc, anything escalating and did it get handled
~ And then there is the compliance piece!
~For us, social media is under marketing, too.
