We are renewing an in house loan. on the Loan Estimate the flood determination fee was not included. After providing processor realized we needed to pull a new flood cert. the fee is now listed on the CLod... is this a reimbursement and also tje bank needs to eat the fee?

The bank needs to eat the fee, yes. (You don't need to eat the fee twice, if that's what you were asking.)

Just put the cost for this item under the Paid by Others heading on page 2, and tag it with "L" to show it's lender-paid. No need to use it in calculating tolerance violations, since the borrower isn't paying.
