My bank is currently considering offering overdraft protection to business account which will be linked to their commercial line of credit. Beside creating an agreement for such services and disclose any fee charges, are there any other compliance matters I need to be concerned with. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Previous thread on overdraft services not connected to a line of credit.

Your arrangement is different, you are adding a method for accessing an existing line of credit. The terminology of the agreement would be critical. Also, if Mike writes a check that would have overdrawn the account except that the LOC kicked in, I would want a resolution that says he the authority to borrow money in addition to the authority to sign checks.
