If there is an additional fee for an appraiser to go out an re-inspect the property to ensure work was done prior to closing (that was not known at the time the LE was provided) do we disclose the fee as one sum "appraisal fee" on the Closing Disclosure or split it out with different descriptions?

Our practice is to show it as a separate fee (Appraisal - final inspection fee) with a COC so that the trail is clear. We have not had any issues with the regulators in doing it this way.
