May be a stupid question, but here goes....... What happened to old RESPA sectionsregarding the Good Faith Estimate and HUD1 requirements? The CFPB ERegs is updated through May 2016 and those sections remain in RESPA. Why? We are updating our Risk Assessment and I fully intended to eliminate the RESPA Sections on GFE and HUDs. Did TRID under Reg Z not eliminate those sections? Does it only supercede them?

Loans subject to RESPA, but not covered by TRID would still be covered under the "old rules."

Reverse Mortgages for example.
