Where in state law does it mention NSF fees/returned check fees? We're looking into doing Retail Sales Installment Contracts, so I've been looking at that law information and I cannot find anything about it. What does everyone charge for this type of contract?

Are you talking about motor vehicle? If so, it is in 365.100 (3). §408.653 was repealed so you should use the maximum ($25) from 570.120. If it is indirect paper (not a vehicle) it is $15 (§408.330)
