An account has three sisters as owners...setup as "Mary or Jane or Kim"

One sister has passed away and the other sisters want to remove her name. They don't want to close it and re-open because there is a $20 ACH deposited monthly and they don't remember who is sending it.

Check state law and your deposit agreement. For our joint with rights of survivorship accounts we would remove the deceased joint owner upon being provided a certified copy of the death certificate.
