When you are completing the LE, should the estimated homeowner’s insurance (paid outside of closing) result in an amount that is showing under “Estimated Cash to Close from Borrower”? I guess the same goes for estimated taxes?

This seems awkward since this amount won’t be paid until after the construction is complete.

How does estimated insurance and taxes get into the cash to close calculation if they are not paying them at closing??

That's my question, I guess. Where should it be included?

It is disclosed on Page one in the estimated taxes, insurance & assessments and then in the escrow or non-escrow section on page four. Putting them on page 2 would only happen if you were collecting the money for payment at closing.
