We have issued a closing disclosure dated 6-27-16...closing date is 7-1-16...customer signed receipt of the disclosure on 6-27. Do we have to reissue a new closing disclosure on the date of closing and date that one 7-1-16 and have them sign as of 7-1-16 or do we just retain the one that was issued and received by them on 6-27

Unless there is a change to the CD, you do not re-issue. If you want them to sign a copy at closing, they would sign a copy of the one prepared and dated on 06/27.

Would there be criticism to the bank if we are getting a CD signed at closing with an issue date dated the closing date and have two copies of the CD in the file (one dated three days prior and one at closing)?

If there has been no revisions, it is not correct.
