Drink a 5-Hour Energy (that little 1 oz bottle with caffeine equivalent to a cup of coffee, some B vitamins and other ingredients). Unless you're super sensitive to stuff like that, it really works. It's the best thing I have found for highway driving drowsiness, which feels like drugged drowsiness to me. I am a performing member of four community orchestras. The difference in my performance, alertness and concentration between not having a 5-hour and having one, is marked. OR....try a nice big icy glass of your favorite flavor of Advocare Spark. I have green apple right now....delicious.
