How are Yellowhammer users assigning monthly alerts to their BSA staff? Do you assign each analyst certain worklists or do you assign alerted activity from the global worklist? I'm trying to avoid duplication of efforts in my department and sometimes the same alerted activity that appears on multiple worklists get worked on by more than one analyst. We attempt to avoid those situations as best we can but it still happens from time to time. I'd be interested to learn how others are managing the YH monthly alerts. Thanks.

Most banks work from the Global list to avoid duplication. Plus, if there are multiple alerts, you need to know in order to do a complete review.
